1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CleanPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. CleanPro reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
2. Use of the Platform
CleanPro is a property cleaning management platform designed for cleaning crews and their administrators. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Crew Access & Codes
Crew access codes are provided by administrators to invite team members. By using a crew code, you agree to the crew's rules and the authority of the crew administrator. Administrators are responsible for managing crew membership and revoking access when appropriate.
5. Data & Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into CleanPro, including property information, photos, and financial records. By uploading content, you grant CleanPro a limited license to store and display that content as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
6. Payments & Earnings
CleanPro provides tools to track earnings and generate invoices but is not a payment processor. Actual payment transactions occur outside the platform between cleaners and their employers. CleanPro is not liable for any payment disputes.
7. Limitation of Liability
CleanPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or business interruption.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CleanPro at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data may be retained for a limited period for legal and operational purposes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
